Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for using Swisser Teampanel

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Swisser Teampanel ("Swisser", "the Service"), a team management platform for FiveM servers operated by Thomas Hetznecker & Mario Wulden GbR ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Swisser Teampanel is a web-based team management tool designed for FiveM server communities. The platform provides features including todo lists, bug tracking, wiki documentation, calendar management, project management (Kanban boards), support ticket systems, Discord integration, and document management.

3. Accounts

You must authenticate via Discord OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and all activity under your Swisser account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Swisser offers four subscription plans:

  • Basic - Free (up to 10 users)
  • Starter - 10 EUR/month (up to 20 users)
  • Enterprise - 20 EUR/month (up to 25 users)
  • Premium - 30 EUR/month (unlimited users)

All plans include the full feature suite. Plans differ in the number of team members allowed. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment processing. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Upload or share content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform (documents, wiki pages, todos, etc.). We retain all rights to the Swisser platform, its design, code, and branding. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance through the platform or via Discord. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts in Germany.
