Our approach to refunds and cancellations
Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Swisser Teampanel. This Refund Policy explains your options for refunds and cancellations. All payments are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
14-Day Refund Period
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. No questions asked. This applies to all paid plans (Starter, Enterprise, and Premium).
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform. If you cancel within the 14-day refund period, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the 14-day period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
There are two ways to request a refund:
- Contact us directly at support@swisser.dev with your account details
- Request a refund directly through Paddle's billing system (you will find a link in your payment receipt email)
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed through Paddle and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, such as repeated subscription and refund cycles, or if the account has violated our Terms of Service.
Downgrading Plans
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan (or the free Basic plan), the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the remaining time on the higher plan.
